Pulse
The voice of our people is given utmost importance. We encourage our employees to share their feedback through a biannual survey which is administered by an external partner. These surveys are conducted across the global organisation and the results are evaluated and compared to measure success of the initiatives AstraZeneca has taken. We have seen that each year the participation-rates in the pulse-survey have been increasing steadily, showing that our people also trust the process.
