Fostering a Collaborative Ecosystem
The A.Catalyst Network’s (A.CN) India Health Innovation Hub, established in 2019, is a dynamic network of solutioners and innovative minds from around the globe that work to address the present and future healthcare challenges, connecting AstraZeneca with collaborators from outside traditional pharma.
Our ambition is to enable a collaborative ecosystem of open innovation to address the India’s most pressing healthcare concerns and always have affordability, accessibility, and patient-centricity at the forefront of its solutions.

Exemplifying ‘Growth through Innovation’ at India Health Innovation Hub
Project Heart Beat
In partnership with Tricog, the India Health Innovation Hub launched 'Project Heart Beat' in 2020 to facilitate early diagnosis and intervention among cardiovascular patients. The project has helped detect 8,300 abnormal cases, touched more than 17,000 patients, and saved more than 9,000 lives.
E.N.D Lung Cancer
Developed in partnership with health tech start-up, Qure.ai, the ‘E.N.D (Early-Lung Nodule Detection) Lung Cancer’ initiative may provide a sustainable healthcare ecosystem for patients and a clinical model that can save lives and reduce the burden on the existing healthcare infrastructure in India, the goal is to touch 1.1 million+ patients by 2025.

Collaborating with the Indian Society of Nephrology (ISN) to advance holistic kidney care and promote early identification and prognosis of Chronic Kidney Disease (Ckd)
The partnership with Alveofit is to advance IoT-enabled handheld spirometers to tier-2 and tier-3 towns to make basic respiratory diagnosis and care accessible across India
